The Bluto
This offering, named in honor of Steve's Drury classmate David Griffith, combines sliced smoked beef brisket and a hot link sausage, with our own regular or spicy BBQ sauce.

The Crosstown Deli
This new favorite is constructed of either smoked beef, ham or turkey, Crosstown's salad dressing, lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onion. Served on your choice of wheat or white bread.

The Memphis Beale Street
Smoked, chopped pork, topped with fresh cole slaw and our own regular or spicy BBQ sauce. Served on a fresh bun.
